Payment is required at time of ordering,

but may be made on receipt of proof if necessary.

Payment can be made either online or by telephone

by debit or credit card

(for payments online, details will be emailed, on receipt of order)

Delivery Policy

If orders are required for a specific date, we will always work to your requirements and postage will be made by

Royal Mail Special Delivery

If orders are not required for a specific date, proofs are usually supplied

2 - 3 working days from receipt of order, and despatch of orders 2 - 3 working days from approval of proofs. Please note: These times may vary slightly due to changing workloads.

Orders are despatched by

Royal Mail First Class Post or Special Delivery Post if requested.

All prices listed are inclusive of Royal Mail First Class Postage.

Special Delivery Postage, where required, will be charged extra to published prices.

Cancellation

Please Note: If an order is placed and subsequently cancelled, any work done in the production of that order, up to the time of cancellation, will be charged for and the balance of any monies already paid will be refunded.
